Refund policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, at least 80% of the perfume must remain, and it must be sent back in the original box/packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions.
Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer, as we already provide Free Shipping on all orders.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damages and issues
If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately after receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on:

• Empty or nearly empty perfume bottles (less than 80% remaining)

• Perfumes sent back without original box

• Custom bundles or gift sets

• Sale items or gift cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll inform you whether the return has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 working days. Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet (e.g., Easypaisa or JazzCash).

Please make sure to provide accurate refund details when requested.
